Data and migration boundary
Service configuration, sessions and custom CSS live in a user data directory whose location differs across Windows, Linux, macOS and FreeBSD. Exit Ferdium before copying the full directory. Migrations from another aggregator can preserve recognizable settings while leaving sessions, unread state or extensions version-dependent.
