Troubleshooting and uninstall
Why are colors or layout broken?
Use a terminal with ANSI support and a monospaced font, then restore the default theme. If default output is correct, inspect the custom theme one setting at a time.
Why is a hardware field always empty?
Run --doctor first. Field availability depends on operating-system interfaces and permissions; do not keep administrator privileges enabled only to display a field.
