Installation steps

Why are thumbnails missing?
Check Screen Recording permission, restart AltTab and confirm that thumbnail mode is enabled. Title switching can still work without this permission.
Why does the shortcut do nothing?
Check Accessibility permission and conflicts with macOS, an input method or another launcher, then choose a temporary test shortcut.
